Welcome to my little space on the internet =)

I’m Nicole and i have been a professional chef for about 16 years.

After 8 years of being a personal chef in Singapore, I moved to Melbourne, Australia in search of a new adventure and took a little break from the stoves to raise my 3 beautiful daughters. I took it as a sign to reenter the industry once my littlest was wielding a chefs knife.

I am an award winning private chef that has had experiences with food & recipe development, corporate cooking demonstrations, food styling, private dinners & events, cooking classes, F&B consultancy and training and filming for culinary projects.

I specialise in Modern Asian food with a special place in my kitchen for teaching people of all ages how to cook.

Easy GAPS intro soup Pork belly & Chicken broth Easy GAPS intro soup

Pork belly & Chicken broth

Pork belly, 500g
Chicken feet, 500g
Portobello mushrooms, 5
Bok Choy, 6
Water Kimchi, 1 cup with the liquid
Garlic 5 cloves
Salt & White Pepper
Knob of ginger, smashed
Coriander root, 6

1. Simmer Chicken feet, ginger, garlic coriander roots and Pork belly till Pork belly is tender.
2. Add in all the other ingredients and season to taste.

*Tip* Make enough for the whole day so you don't have to cook again.
